P&C Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Agent to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an existing book of business with a variety of accounts including both personal and commercial lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative family-oriented office environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Up to $90000$100000 (dependent on experience)
- Commission: Competitive commission structure
- Bonus: Yearly profit-sharing bonus
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical dental and vision coverage
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing book of business handling both personal and commercial accounts
- Handle inbound leads and provide exceptional customer service
- Quote new and renewal business for both personal and commercial lines
- Work with small to middle-market accounts including habitational contractors and other industries
- Manage accounts ranging from standard to surplus lines with premiums varying from a few hundred dollars to over $100000
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an independent agency (5 years preferred)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; customer-focused mindset
- Work Environment: Fully onsite position; candidates must be willing to work in the office full-time
