The George E. Responsibilities for the Project DocumentationCoordinator

  1. Evaluate customer needs (Vendor Document and Data Requirements) and determine path forward to deliver the appropriate scope.
  2. Collect and maintain documentation packages ensure transmittal of documents to customer after careful examination of document completeness accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications of the customer.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve documentation challenges and drive successful completion of documentation packages within the required timeline; confer with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and expedite resolution.
  4. Compile required amendments to documents as well as monitor and control document revisions including changes.
  5. Collaborate with and assist in expediting customers to receive back documents along with coordinating comments reviews and approvals until completion.
  6. Proficient working in digital environment (Office365 CRM systems databases and PDF tools).
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills strong interpersonal skills; comfortable collaborating in a mutual influence environment.
  8. Strong customer focus and ensures that the customer perspective is the driving force behind decisions and activities.
  9. Self-management: ability to work on multiple scopes in parallel and follow through to completion.
  10. Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on deadlines expectations and drive to resolution.
  11. All other duties as assigned by supervision.

Requirements for the Project Documentation Coordinator

  • Bachelors Degree in technical administrative orrelated field preferred but not required.
  • One to three years of related experience in coordinatingadministering organizing or analyzing documentation retention bidspecification requirements.
  • Attention to details organizational aptitude andsuperior customer service skills necessary
  • Strong communication skills whether written verbalor otherwise required especially using moderately complex terminology andconcepts.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work inthe United States.
