Office Manager - Permanent

Location: Englehart High School

Start date : February 2 2026

Vacancy Details: 1.0 FTE (full-time 35 hours/week)

Education/Experience:

  • Post secondary diploma in Office Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Experience with board-specific software (e.g. Aspen SparkRock) is considered an asset


Skill and Ability:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent written verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to establish and meet deadlines
  • Proven supervisory and leadership skills
