POSITION SUMMARY:
The Patient Access Team Lead is responsible to accurately collect and analyze all required demographic insurance financial and clinical data elements necessary to register patients. The incumbent is responsible for the provision of routine patient access activity to facilitate efficient operations expeditious reimbursement and optimal consumer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. The incumbent is responsible to monitor work flow and ensure effective and efficient operations including minimizing patient wait times and adherence with department productivity standards. The Team Lead will communicate areas of concern to the department manager and/or supervisor. The incumbent is responsible to consistently demonstrate the core values of Enloe Medical Center. The incumbent is responsible to perform their duties in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements and the Medical Centers Code of Conduct.
