Your role in action
As Incident Manager youll be the central point of accountability during security incidents reporting to the SOC Manager. Your impact will be felt across the organisation as you lead swift coordinated responses and embed improvements that strengthen our security posture.
- Lead incident response during cybersecurity events ensuring timely and coordinated actions
- Partner with analysts to triage escalate and resolve incidents using defined playbooks
- Maintain clear communication with executives technology teams and regulators under pressure
- Drive post-incident reviews and embed lessons learned into processes and playbooks
- Collaborate with Security Engineering and Risk teams to uplift detection and recovery measures
- Produce reports and metrics on incident trends providing assurance to leadership

- Significant experience managing security incidents in SOC or enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks and methodologies
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms such as Splunk ServiceNow CrowdStrike Palo Alto
- Proven ability to engage executives and regulators during high-severity incidents
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001 and NIST
- Ability to embed continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimisation
