Job Title: BMC Remedy Helix Solution Architect
Position: MCD/MCE

Employment Type: Full Time
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Primary : Strong BMC Remedy Platform Experience Integration (Both Cloud and OnPrem along with DWPC Smart IT Smart Reporting)
Good to have - TSO knowledge
Design and architect BMC Helix ITSM solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead implementation and configuration of Helix ITSM DWP CMDB and related modules.
Ensure best practices in development customization and performance optimization.
Build REST/SOAP integrations including ticket e-bonding and CMDB integrations.
Configure Smart Reporting dashboards and analytical reports.
Drive automation and workflow improvements across the platform.
Ensure solution reliability security scalability and compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and guide technical teams through delivery.
