As a Application Support Agent Senior you will:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot M2M and data exchange issues reported by users.
- Analyze XML XSD XSLT and JSON files to identify errors determine root causes perform testing and document findings.
- Reproduce reported bugs and system errors to support accurate analysis and resolution.
- Provide clear technical responses and guidance to customers engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal development teams ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date internal knowledge by documenting processes known issues and solutions.
- Deliver services in line with ITIL best practices ensuring all communications and requests meet defined procedures and KPIs.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- University degree or equivalent professional experience with at least 4 years in application support.
- Strong understanding of data exchange concepts including M2M transmissions and system-to-system communication without human interaction.
- Proficient in XML XSD XSLT and JSON with experience in troubleshooting and analyzing data exchange issues.
- Experience supporting or implementing large-scale data exchange or M2M communication projects ideally in healthcare business or insurance sectors.
- Proven experience providing end-user support for information systems with strong knowledge of networking and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA a plus) basic programming knowledge (Java HTML CSS) and familiarity with ITIL processes and regulated/data-sensitive environments.
