Senior Technical Product Owner

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Technical Product Owner fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on-site at customer the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Work within the agile process and take decisions regarding priority business value and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
• Follow several activities across different projects requiring technical and project management skills: understand and comply to a review process monitor status of certain tasks coordinate internally and gather input from within the unit other units;
• Support Development Lifecycle of the project;
• Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
• Participate to live demonstrations of the product at the end of the sprint;
• Evaluate and facilitate progress reporting.

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;
• Multi-annual experience with large enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems;
• Multi-annual experience with large projects or programmes;
• Multi-annual experience in Agile as well as agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA Confluence Big Picture Gliffy Balsamiq etc.);
• Excellent Knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle;
• Good Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF COBIT Zachman and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework;
• Good knowledge of cloud architecture frameworks of Infrastructure as code and of enterprise architecture frameworks;
• Good knowledge of modelling tools Relational DBMS interoperability technologies (web services message-oriented middleware service-oriented bus);
• The following certifications are strongly recommended for the performance of tasks: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI Prince2 Foundation PM2 Certificate in Business Analysis;
• Excellent command of the English language.
