Guest Experience

Based at our Hola Central head office this energetic and people focused role brings the GYG culture to life by delivering high quality guest experiences and managing guest enquiries from start to finish.

You will play a key role in building positive relationships on behalf of the brand working closely with guests franchisees crew members and the wider Guest Experience team. This is a highly collaborative role that supports both day to day guest interactions and project based work that helps lift the overall guest experience across the business.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager you will support a broad range of Guest Experience activities from administrative and general team support to taking ownership of assigned projects and initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely passionate about guest experience enjoys problem solving and brings energy enthusiasm and pride in representing a much loved brand.

Please note this is a part time role four days per week.

• The ability to manage multiple enquiries at once and meet deadlines

• Strong planning organising and problem solving skills
• The ability to accurately record information and process enquiries efficiently
• Strong computer and IT skills
