In this pivotal role as Manager Continuous Improvement Delivery youll lead strategic improvement initiatives by embedding Lean principles implementing maturity assessments and developing robust standards that enhance efficiency and consistency. Youll manage a pipeline of high-impact projects aimed at delivering operational customer and financial benefits while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

Youll have:  

  • Demonstrated experience in freight manufacturing or logistics process improvement (highly desirable). 
  • Proven experience leading and delivering improvement projects and accurately measure benefits. 
  • Project management qualifications 
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt highly desirable). 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement influencing and coaching skills. 
  • Solid knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements. 
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
