Job Summary
About the role:
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for Talent Development employee experiences on the ServiceNow this role you will shape how enterprises engage and empower their employees delivering solutions that are intuitive scalable and impactful. Youll partner across design research engineering and business units to create products that drive measurable outcomes and adoption globally.
What youll do:
- Define and drive the vision and strategy for Talent Development employee experiences on ServiceNow.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers by creating personas mapping use cases and identifying key challenges.
- Translate customer insights and business needs into a clear product roadmap with measurable success metrics.
- Partner with researchers designers and stakeholders to ideate test and validate product solutions.
- Conduct competitive analyses to inform product direction and differentiation.
- Collaborate with engineering on release planning execution and risk management.
- Align priorities and expectations across business units and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Now-on-Now team to drive internal adoption and ensure alignment with best practices.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8 years of Product Management experience including driving strategy and execution for enterprise products at scale.
- Deep expertise with the ServiceNow platform and proven success delivering impactful employee experiences using its capabilities.
- Strong track record of shaping product vision defining roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Proven ability to balance feasibility desirability and business value in product decisions.
- Excellent prioritization communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience turning customer insights into actionable strategies and successful releases.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across senior leadership and thrive in complex environments.
- Passion for design thinking product excellence and shaping the future of enterprise collaboration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with global teams.
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of complex products across diverse markets
FD21
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $163600 - $286300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
