Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: 27 - 35 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post flexibility to work late nights and weekends and exercises up to 2 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all soldiers receive appropriate career guidance and that all MPARs and JPA reports are completed on time.

2. Assist the OC to ensure that all Sqn personnel receive the necessary trg and guidance to be able to pass their ITRs.

3. Assist the OC and represent the Sqn on UHCs and ensure all PAPMIS entries are correctly recorded.

4. Ensure the Sqn trg programme is produced and executed in order to support OCs intent and the Regtl Msns and Tasks.

5. Ensure that RAPS is checked and validated.

6. Ensure that the COs equipment care directive is followed.

7. Ensure that the Values and Standards of the British Army are maintained.
