As Partnership Analyst at Chubb you will be responsible for supporting the management and audit of Chubbs partnerships portfolio. This role ensures effective audits strong control over delegated activities regulatory risk mitigation and helps partners grow and maintain positive relationships with Chubb.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chubbs partners and brokers.
  • Support partnership management and participate in performance review meetings.
  • Conduct operational audits and assist partners and underwriters throughout the audit process.
  • Help ensure compliance with product governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve data and reporting issues.
  • Support incident breach and complaints reporting and contribute to process improvements.


Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience
Essential:

  • Minimum 2 years auditing experience
  • Financially literacy and ability to interpret monthly financial and performance reports
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • 2 years commercial insurance experience (with an insurer or broker)
  • Experience with Delegated Authority Schemes and Broker Facilities
  • Experience in operations processes and improvements
  • Degree/ACII qualification
