Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our EPMO. The Senior Project Manager-Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing high-impact projects of significant complexity and strategic importance across Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). This position will act as a mentor to Project Managers driving best practices in project delivery methodology adherence and stakeholder engagement. The Senior Project Manager-EPMO will be instrumental in aligning projects with system-wide strategic priorities and ensuring sustainable outcomes.

o Schedule: Full Time 40 hrs/wk
o Location: 100% remote accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ FL IL IN KY MI MO NC NE NH SC TN TX OH WI or WY.
o Compensation that aligns with your experience

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors degreein Business Administration Healthcare Administration Project Management or related field required.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • High School Diploma and five years of project management experience leading complex multi-disciplinary projects may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.

Experience Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years leading complex multi-disciplinary projects is required.
  • Experience in healthcare IT and/or other regulated industries is required.
  • Previous EPMO or PMO experience is required.

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent certification is required.
  • Additional certifications in Agile or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
