UBANK Deposit Operations Admin I Reports to: VP Deposit Operations SUMMARY: The Deposit Operations Admin I is responsible for learning the processes procedures and policies of UBank Operations. This includes but not limited to all facets of Deposit Operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deposit Account Verifications
- Accuity Reporting for SSI inquires
- Tax freezes and levies
- Notices and letter production
- Returned mail handling
- QC -maintenance forms for accuracy and/or completion
- FED EDI reports for NOC RTN and DNEs.
- Work Deposit Operations helpdesk tickets
- Research
- Maintenance
- Troubleshooting
- Work closely with branch staff to promote open and effective communication and to ensure quality service delivery to customers.
- Follow and validate documented processes and procedures while training in each area.
- Compliance with all bank policies regulations and laws applicable to carrying out duties and responsibilities.
- Assist with any other duties or projects.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: - Prior experience with a community bank and/or banking experience preferred.
- Above average computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite and various banking applications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills as well as analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Problem recognition and resolution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Motivated self-starter and an active learner.
