Duties/Responsibilities:
Minimum TrainingRequirements:
- All trainingsdeemedmandatory by Laradon.
- On-goingtrainingrequirementsin program specificareas.
- LaradonOrientation
- QMAP Certified
- Defensive Driving
- Mistreatment Abuse Neglect and Exploitation (MANE)
- Mandatory Reporting/Incident Reporting
- First Aid/CPR
- Safety Care
- 20 hours of on-the-job training
Minimum Position Requirements:- CDESubstitute Licensure
- Excellent communication andproblem solvingskills.
- Physical requirements include the ability to exert up to25pounds of force; physical condition to enable walking standingdrivingsitting stooping kneelingcrouchingor crawling; stamina to be on feet and active for full workdays; ability to speak or exchange information in an audible manner.
- Valid Colorado drivers license reliable transportationclean/clear motor vehiclerecord andat least 21 years of age.
- Valid auto insuranceto cover passengersrequired.
