POSITION PURPOSE
ProvidesHumanResource(HR)supportforvariousoperations and services.Work activitiesinvolveinteractingwith executivesvarious levels of management and professionalscolleagues and vendors providing anddisseminatinginformation as well as completing actionspertaining toHR operational policiesproceduresand processes.Work activities require a thorough understanding ofHRCenter of Excellence (COE) HR Shared Services (HRSS) and HR Business Partner (HRBP)services and the application of internal systems(e.g. Workday Kronos timekeeping)in order to review verify and processvariedHRactions;participate inand maintain systemdata integrity;processactions and prepare reportsset-up and maintain internal databases; support special projectsand initiatives and providevaried andad-hoc administrative support. - Interacts with executives various levels of management and professionals colleaguesandvendors providing anddisseminatinginformation as well as completing actionspertaining toHR operational policiesproceduresand processes. Reviewscompletesand processesHRtransactions accesseshuman resource information systems(i.e. Workday) to obtain verify and update records conduct data integrity audits and prepare statistical/operational reports. Serves asliaisontoHRSS HR (COEs and HR internalservicepartners (i.e. Legal Payroll Risk Management etc.)non tasksoperationsand services.
- Monitors andmaintainsselectcompliance requirements(e.g. licensure sanctions)whichincludesmaintainingapplicableelectronic files and databases gatheringdataand preparing summaries for review and decision-making purposes.
- Assists organizing eventswithin the HR service scope of the aligned HR function.Maintains related databases order materials prepares anddisseminatescommunicationsparticipatesand facilitates meetings etc.
- Conducts data integrity audits; reviews andmaintainssystem data (e.g. supervisory orgs.); accesses systems(i.e. Workday) to obtain and verify data and correct system discrepancies; generatesstatistical and operational reports and interfaceswith HRSS including HRTechnologyfor technical guidance.
- Processes reconcilesapprovesandmonitorsHR billing and expense statements/invoicesand payroll actions.
- Assistswith HR related communications which includes developing materialscompilingand summarizing data posting updates to intranet MS Teams etc.
- Assistsin the continuous improvement of applicable HR practicesproceduresand processes. Participates in and supports projects and ad-hoc requeststhatmay relate to any HRfunction.Keeps abreast of and adheres to HR plans policiesprocedures;information systems/applications pertinentlawsand compliance regulations.
- Performs general administrative support requiringproficiencyin theutilizationof various software and application packages and the ability to navigate and access internal information systems e.g. Workday Kronos timekeeping etc.
- Maintainsa working knowledge of applicable FederalStateand local laws and regulations Trinity Healths Corporate Integrity Program Code of Ethics as well as other policies and proceduresin order toensure adherence in a manner that reflects honestethicaland professional behavior
- Associatesdegreein Human Resources Business Administration or related fieldand aminimum ofthree (3)yearsexperience inanHumanResourcesupport role Customer Services orhigher levelAdministrative Assistant role in a high volumehighly confidentialwork environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
