What Youll Do
- Oversees preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Analyzes accounting data reconciles accounts and bank statements maintains the general ledger and manages month-end close processes including cash reconciliation.
- Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and financial security.
- Prepares and audits financial transactions compiles balance sheets profit and loss statements and special financial reports.
- Coordinates and supports accounting clerical staff assists with annual audits and year-end close procedures.
- Reviews and improves accounting systems and procedures; ensures compliance with federal state and local financial regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality of financial information and fosters customer confidence.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops publications networking and participation in professional organizations.
Who Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field preferred or equivalent education training and experience.
- Two to five years of relevant work experience ideally in a hospital setting.
- CPA license is preferred but not mandatory.

Our total rewards package includes
- Pay Range: $40.00 - $44.68/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
