These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate assess educate and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.

Those in cross border mobility at PwC will focus on implementing and administering policies for international assignments facilitating accurate payment of allowances and compliance with tax regulations as well as coordinating administrative tasks related to expatriates to facilitate compliance with government regulations.

Job Description :

  • Overall management of various categories of assignment from initiation till the end

  • Hands on experience on immigration rule and guidelines (Business and Work/Employment visa) for global countries like AMERICAS APAC EMEA etc is preferred.

  • Must be strong in operational work and English communication

  • Preparation of assignment offer letters and visa letters in a timely manner

  • Scheduling calls with the employees and explain them the Global Mobility process.

  • Consistently demonstrating individual initiative and timely completion of assigned work

  • Teamwork dynamics go getting attitude and collaborate across teams for timely closure is preferred.

  • Ensure adherence to all compliances for self is met

Requirements :

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility or Immigration team or any other HC functions

  • Postgraduate/Graduate

  • Basic knowledge on immigration implication for overseas employment is preferred

  • Must be strong on managing operations and coordination between teams

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills (both written and vocal) in English is mandatory

  • Attention to detail and ability to identify missing information/ documents

  • Team player committed to providing and maintaining timeliness and precision with respect to deliverables.

  • Acts with integrity and display PwC Code of conduct while handling volume of confidential data
