What youll do:
Partnering with our clients on their large transformation programs to mitigate regulatory and compliance risks they face
Developing risk management strategies for our clients to drive compliance and strengthen their existing processes and controls
Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement for our clients by understanding their strategy objectives risks control frameworks systems and regulatory environment
Helping our clients navigate an evolving risk and regulatory landscape by developing and executing test plans identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these in an impactful way
What were looking for:
Experience with Governance risk and compliance
Leading large teams project managing a full range of assurance tasks including the planning testing reviewing and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements
Work closely with your teams to develop their skills and grow from a personal and professional perspective; a passion for coaching and development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills and well-developed research and problem solving skills
