We are seeking an enthusiastic and focused Product Owner to drive the delivery and migration of our planned roadmap First Responder Mobile and Handheld software products. This role will initially focus on collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to execute the software roadmap. A key responsibility will be collaborating with Customer Success teams by identifying and coordinating the migration of existing customers onto new platform products within the Motorola Solutions portfolio.

Qualifications:
BS in Product Management Computer Science Telecommunications or a related technical discipline.
2 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with a working knowledge of agile software development and management best practices.
Understanding of various build environments and automated testing and experience with Product management tools - Jira and Confluence is preferred.
Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to collaborate with internal and external business/technical teams.
Highly organized structured and process-oriented; team building skills a plus.
Experience with Google Work Suite Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
The candidate may be required to travel 20% of their time.
This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justices Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers.
Target Base Salary Range: $90000 - $110000 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
