Job Description: Senior Analyst MetaViewer Team
Position Title: Senior Analyst
Department: MetaViewer / Accounts Payable Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Overview
The Senior Analyst will play a key role in managing end-to-end invoice workflow processes within the MetaViewer platform. This role requires strong analytical capabilities accuracy in invoice validation and the ability to drive process improvements across various business functions. The ideal candidate will also support workflow escalation management user updates and systems coordination across MetaViewer ServiceNow JDE E1 and SQL environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Invoice Processing & Workflow Management
Process invoices routed through MetaViewer including user terminations vendor integrations role assignments and workflow approvals.
Conduct thorough audit checks and route invoices accurately to assigned approvers.
Research analyze and resolve invoice exceptions by coordinating with relevant divisions.
Match and validate invoice details to ensure compliance and correctness prior to posting.
Monitor workflow queues and ensure timely follow-up to avoid delays.
2. Issue Resolution & Support
Manage and resolve workflow escalations and ServiceNow requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information required for invoice clearance.
Troubleshoot MetaViewer application errors and ensure seamless issue resolution.
3. Systems & User Management
Perform user additions updates and terminations in the JDE E1 system based on approved requests.
Update routing rules and workflow paths in the MetaViewer application as per business requirements.
Maintain accuracy of user and workflow configurations to support smooth operations.
4. Process Optimization
Identify gaps in the existing workflow and recommend improvements.
Support automation initiatives and contribute to streamlining end-to-end invoice processes.
Prepare reports and dashboards using SQL or other tools to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems or related field.
25 years of experience in invoice processing AP operations or workflow-based platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of MetaViewer JDE E1 ServiceNow and SQL (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word Outlook).
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
