Key Responsibilities
* Conduct timely and complete audits of allocated calls
* Ensure 100% accuracy in feedback scoring and documentation
* Ensure SOP adherence and script compliance
* Drive month-on-month improvement in overall call quality scores
* Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
* Administer and evaluate mock calls during training programs
* Identify document and maintain a repository of exemplary calls for reference and training
