Act as the primary point of contact in region for the Business Process Management Team and work with this team to
gather system requirements localize/edit system generated content and ensure the automated processes related to
payout are launched properly.
Responsible for UAT for any system changes designed for the program.
Be responsible to answer all partner Level 2 support inquiries or redirect to appropriate contact. Act as escalation point
for internal teams and partners across all program tracks.
Manage all operational aspects of Partner Connection WW. Conduct internal trainings for local Channel Team
and ensure they are aware and familiar with their responsibilities for roll out. Help conduct external trainings for
channel partners who intend to join the program.
Support Compliance team with any additional follow up needed from partner questionnaires or new Distributor
onboarding.
Work with Finance Accounts Credit team and regional sales operations team to process Channel Partner payouts
Help drive governance model to ensure adherence to Partner Connection program rules.
Ensure that key partner systems are effectively working and processes are aligned.
Manage Deal Registration Payment status payment calculation & review and sales management reporting.
Assist Partner Sales team in development of Flexible Rebate Target KPIs and measurement of results.
Work with Channel Marketing team to manage Marketing Funding program approvals from an administrative
perspective. Provide systems access to partners and review/approval all partner claims.
Work with Channel Analytics team Sales Operations and FP&A to develop efficient reporting process for internal team
and partners to ensure partners are aware of rebate payment status.
Ensure all Channel Program project documents are complete current and stored appropriately.
Keep senior management and team members informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business
results
Experience in sales operations preferably in channel environment
Track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
Strong attention to detail
Excellent timely execution
