Kerman Contracting is seeking a proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join us in our Head Office. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for managing of invoices with accuracy and efficiency ensuring timely processing and exceptional service.

Your Roles Duties and Responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Officer:
- End-to-end accounts payable processing
- Liaise with suppliers and or subcontractors on invoicing and payment queries
- Daily processing and coding of supplier invoices
- Handle reconciliation & issue of back-charges
- Manage and administer all Subcontractor claims
- Provide accurate and timely processing of sundry & utilities payments (Telstra Western Power vehicle registrations etc.)
About you:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CHEOPS experience would be highly desirable
- Flexible attitude
