About the role
This role will be part of Celfocus Product Team contributing to the evolution and growth of our products.
Celfocus designs implements and operates digital solutions for complex large-scale environments. Our product is a strategic product that serves both internal teams and external customers enabling seamless multi-channel customer interactions while supporting complex business and operational processes.
Product management at Celfocus sits at the intersection of technology design and business. We are looking for someone who can balance internal platform needs with external customer value act as a strong connector between teams and ensure our product delivers measurable impact aligned with Celfocus strategic and commercial objectives.
As a part of your job you will:
Working as a team player and collaborating closely with the Product team including Product Designers and Software Engineers balancing the role of being the voice of both internal and external customers while ensuring their needs are met and business value is delivered.
Identifying opportunities through internal stakeholder input user research market analysis and customer insights contributing to solution ideation and delivery.
Collaborating with product leadership and stakeholders across Celfocus to identify priority problems to solve and define a clear outcome-oriented product roadmap.
Defining key success metrics for product outcomes and setting up tracking and monitoring to collect data that informs product decisions for both internal and external use cases.
Defining and refining backlog priorities based on the outcome roadmap ensuring alignment between internal platform needs and external customer value.
Delivering training sessions product presentations and workshops to internal teams and external customers.
Maintaining ongoing collaboration with stakeholders across business technology operations and customer-facing teams.
What are we looking for
Proven experience shipping successful products including defining product vision strategy and roadmap.
The ability to identify problems and opportunities across internal platforms and external customer journeys translating them into valuable solutions for the business and its customers.
Experience articulating and validating product hypotheses breaking down complex problems into actionable steps and managing product backlogs.
The ability to ensure minimum viable product specifications and processes are in place to enable fast testing and iteration.
Strong collaboration skills when working with engineers designers and a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to define the right metrics and ensure they are implemented to understand usage adoption and value across internal and external customers.
Professional proficiency in English both written and spoken
Personal traits
Ability to adapt to different contexts teams and Clients;
Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
Willingness to collaborate with other players;
Strong communication skills.
