About the role:
As a Revenue & Cost Assurance Analyst youll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue and cost processes. Youll be responsible for reconciling customer charging and supplier costs maintaining data quality and identifying and eliminating root causes of profit slippage.

What makes you a great fit:
Experience in the telecoms industry preferably on Giacom aBILLity billing platform
Experience in SQL
Degree education (preferable in Finance or Engineering)
Advanced Excel knowledge and excellent data input analysis and reporting skills
Experience in Data Warehouse reporting software (PowerBI)
A proven track record in process improvement
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy with a logical and structured approach to work
Strong IT skills and experience with programs like Excel Word and CRM systems
A self-motivated and proactive attitude
A commitment to continuous professional and personal development
A strong team player who demonstrates success and promotes team responsibility
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment

Key responsibilities:
Deliver timely accurate and reconcilable billing reporting
Drive positive behaviours within the team while maintaining high workload and throughput
Prioritise resources to handle business demands effectively
Manage stakeholder relationships
Liaise with Sales teams to ensure sales orders are complete
Liaise with other internal teams and external stakeholders on relevant topics
