About the Role: Team Leader
Were on the lookout for an inspiring Team Leader to join our senior leadership team and support our amazing group of therapists. Youll be a mix of clinician leader and project creator guiding the team while working alongside them on programs that make a difference.

Heres What Youll Do:
- Take on a blend of clinical work team supervision and project leadership.
- Partner with other team leaders to develop innovative services and enhance the Pen Plus experience.
- Lead and design professional development tackle meaningful projects and get creative with program development.

What Youll Need to Bring:
A professional qualification in Speech Pathology with current SPA registration.
The drive to support a thriving collaborative team.
5 years of clinical experience
Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
A drivers license
