Job Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics CRM Software Developer Full Stack to join our team at the Government Services Integration this role you will design develop and customize enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions working on both front-end and back-end applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality secure and scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Dynamics CRM applications including entities forms views dashboards workflows plug-ins and custom portals
Translate technical specifications into high-quality tested code and solutions
Design and implement custom portals and integrations Core AngularJS TypeScript and Azure services
Build SSRS reports for on-demand and scheduled reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development deployment and production
Collaborate with business analysts UI developers and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in architecture design ensuring scalable reusable and high-performance solutions
Mentor junior developers and promote best engineering practices
Prepare technical documentation solution designs and user manuals as required

Must-Have Skills:

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization (entities forms views dashboards ribbons menus)
Strong experience building workflows plug-ins and complex Power Automate flows
Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK Web API Organization Services OData FetchXML XRM Toolbox
Experience building custom portals and integrating with Azure services
Strong knowledge of cloud security and identity integration (Azure AD B2C Okta OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect JWT)
Hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core RESTful APIs microservices and modern cloud architectures
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies
Experience with middleware gateways and integration platforms
Understanding of AODA compliance and accessibility standards
