Position Overview
The SAFe Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between IT Services (ITS) and business stakeholders leveraging data analytics and agile methodologies to define analyze and deliver business-driven solutions. This role focuses on requirements gathering solution design stakeholder engagement and ensuring agile delivery aligns with business goals.
The candidate will work closely with business users Product Owners Product Managers Solution Architects QA and Development teams to deliver client-centric high-value solutions using enterprise architecture best practices and SAFe Agile frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
SAFe Certification (Implementing SAFe 6.0 preferred)
Strong Agile & SAFe methodology experience
Hands-on experience decomposing epics into features and user stories
Experience managing MVPs and Agile backlogs
Expertise in requirements definition documentation and validation
Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
Experience with ADO VersionOne
Certified Business Analyst or Scrum Master
Strong SDLC process knowledge
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
