Job Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse Correctional Medicine

Cuyahoga County Jail Downtown Cleveland

Summary of Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibilities for direct nursing care of assigned inmates/patients adolescent through adult under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician in a correctional facility. May house 1300-2000 inmates/patients.

Provides nursing services to patients in accordance with the scope of the Licensed Practical Nurse license. Upholds the mission vision values and customer service standards of the MetroHealth Syustem.

Mandatory qualifications:

Licence Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio ONLY

Active BLS from the American Heart Association only
