Job Title: Sr. SAP FICO Lead

Location: Houston TX (Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. SAP FICO Lead with strong experience in Oil & Gas industry processes. The ideal candidate will oversee FICO solutions lead business discussions and support end-to-end finance process design. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO configurations integrations and industry-specific financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP FICO design configuration and enhancements

Work with business stakeholders in the Oil & Gas domain

Support month-end year-end assets taxation and reporting processes

Provide functional expertise troubleshooting and production support

Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure smooth integration

Required Skills:

Strong SAP FICO experience (10 years preferred)

Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas financial processes

Expertise in FI CO COPA Asset Accounting and integrations

Excellent communication and onsite stakeholder management skills
