Responsibilities:

Should be a hands-on leader with testing applications in a global delivery model with in-depth understanding of testing in a distributed Agile Delivery model
Leading Testing leveraging Azure DevOps
Create a delivery plan execute the delivery plan to success
Team Management
Lead the Data Testing team
Create Test strategy lead the Functional and Automation testing of a Data test team.
Demonstrating expert-level knowledge in software test design test execution automation CI/CD defect management defect analysis and prevention plan in a true agile delivery model
Focusing on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools test techniques test automation.
Establish trust and maintain a good working relationship with internal / external stakeholders Partners and liaise with development and support leaders to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery
Make recommendation for tools in support of Data Testing.

Basic Qualifications:

8-10 years experience in Data Testing Azure & test Automation.
Bachelors Degree or higher in computer science engineering or related technical field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
8- 10 years of Hands on expertise in Test Planning Design Execution Evaluation and Reporting.
