Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (SharePoint & Azure AVD)
Location: Remote(New Jersey)
Job Type: Part time-on demand basis(2-3 hours per day)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated tech-savvy Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT this role you will provide frontline technical support to our employees with a focus on SharePoint user assistance and basic Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment management. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in modern Microsoft cloud platforms in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for desktop hardware software (Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365) and peripheral issues.
Assist users with SharePoint Online tasks: permissions requests basic site navigation document library management and troubleshooting access/upload issues.
Support the Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment: assist users with connection issues application access within the virtual environment and basic performance checks.
Execute standard operating procedures for user onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and access management in Active Directory/Entra ID.
Document solutions create user guides and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
