Job Summary

Position Business Analyst with Finance domain

Location Tampa FL (Hybrid 3 days WFO)

JD:

Lead end-to-end requirement gathering documentation and validation within Agile Scrum SDLC frameworks.

Collaborate with stakeholders product owners and development teams to translate business needs into clear user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications.

Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs FRDs process flows and traceability matrices to ensure alignment and compliance.

Facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming and review sessions to drive timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the SDLC promoting transparency clarity and timely decision-making.

Strong knowledge in the Finance domain too
