Job Title: Storekeeper/Warehouse Associate

Shift: Monday Friday 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (Possible OT)

Pay: XX20/hour (XX18XX XX2 shift differential)

Duration: 11 Months

Job Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient handling movement and management of products and materials within the warehouse. This role ensures compliance with company policies procedures and quality health safety and environmental (QHSE) standards. The Storekeeper inspects incoming shipments ensures proper storage and documentation supports inventory management and contributes to warehouse safety and housekeeping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect accept and document incoming shipments to ensure items are in satisfactory condition and match packing lists or purchase orders; report discrepancies promptly.
• Perform material handling activities including receiving storing picking packing issuing disposal and cycle counting of inventory items.
• Prepare and issue outgoing inventory with correct and complete documentation.
• Support warehouse efficiency and safety by optimizing bin locations and maintaining high standards of housekeeping in all areas including shipping and receiving.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with periodic physical counts.
• Assist with kitting Kanban point-of-use replenishment and other materials management initiatives as directed by the Supervisor.
• Investigate and resolve local inventory and warehouse issues as requested.
• Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment after completing training and certification.
• Ensure compliance with all established company policies procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or materials handling experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete training
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow policies procedures and safety standards
