Job Title: Customer Service Representative III
Location: Sarasota FL 34243 (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite 2 Days Remote)
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extensions)

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative III / Utility Service Temporary Support role provides administrative and operational support to the Utility Services team. This position focuses on data entry billing scheduling documentation and coordination to support daily service operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create review and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately and on time.
  • Invoice customers and ensure billing accuracy and compliance.
  • Enter and maintain load schedules within internal scheduling calendars.
  • Enter and track requisitions (Reqs) in SAP and other internal systems.
  • Review documentation for accuracy completeness and compliance.
  • Maintain organized records and support operational coordination.
  • Provide general administrative and customer service support to the utility services team.
  • Assist with additional administrative or service-related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Solid math and billing calculation skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new internal systems.
  • Strong organizational time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support customer service or operations.
  • SAP or ERP system experience.
  • Background in utilities logistics transportation or service-based environments.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work environment (onsite and remote).
  • Fast-paced utility services setting.
  • Temporary assignment supporting operational and administrative functions.
