Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day administrative operations. The role involves coordination across departments facility management vendor handling documentation and compliance with organizational policies. The position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration including housekeeping security and maintenance activities.
Manage vendor coordination for office supplies utilities AMC services and repairs.
Handle procurement of stationery pantry items and other administrative requirements.
Maintain administrative records invoices asset registers and office documentation.
Support HR with employee onboarding logistics ID cards access cards and office infrastructure.
Coordinate travel arrangements cab services and accommodation when required.
Ensure compliance with internal administrative policies safety norms and statutory guidelines.
Assist in organizing internal meetings events and office activities.
Monitor budgets process bills and coordinate with finance for timely payments.

Skills and amp; Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Vendor management and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline; administration or business-related studies preferred.

Experience
13 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.
