Key Duties and Responsibilities
Distributor and Key Account Management
Build manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and key accounts ensuring their requirements are addressed and they remain informed of PD products updates and innovations.
Develop and execute value-driven initiatives with key trade accounts to support revenue growth and strengthen long-term brand loyalty.
Trade Marketing and Promotions
Plan coordinate and implement trade promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Promotions team ensuring timely availability of point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional support.
Conduct regular visits to project sites and trade accounts to actively promote PD products increasing brand visibility market presence and penetration.
Market Analysis
Perform detailed market customer and competitor analyses in coordination with the Market Research team to generate insights that support sales strategies and product positioning.
Prepare and submit regular reports on market trends competitor activities and the effectiveness of sales initiatives to the Sales Supervisor and Sales Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Accounting Statistics Electrical Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong communication numerical and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Microsoft Excel.
A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and able to work independently.
Demonstrates strategic thinking sound judgment and proactive decision-making.
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Open to fresh graduates.
