- Position: Zonal Chief - East Africa ( Kenya Uganda Rwanda Tanzania)
- Role:
- Designs and implements strategy based on local market insights.
- Leads Sales Field Marketing Business Development & Operations across Kenya Tanzania and identified markets in the East for the organisation
- Responsible for delivering topline and bottom-line growth building market share through strong influencer network & dealer partnership across categories
- Anchors growth drives excellence in operations - Systems process policy and business modules and leads the team while ensuring adherence to companies ways of working. Ensures compliance to local laws.
- Coach & Build and manage high-performing teams
- Past Experience: 15 years in Sales Marketing Business Development roles.
- Must have experience in leading zonal or country-level operations preferably in Africa.
- Candidate should have high levels of maturity to manage different stakeholders entrepreneurial ability
- Industry Sector - Preferred experience in Construction Chemicals Building Material Paints Adhesives
- Location of work: Kenya
- Direct Reportees - Head Business Tanzania Head Business Kenya. Regional Sales Manager- East Africa
CTC: Max USD 14000 per month.
