NBRS is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from talented design-driven Architects spanning Graduate to Senior levels to join our growing studios in Sydney and/or Melbourne.

ABOUT THE ROLES

Graduate Architect

This is a hands-on technical role focused on skill development. You will contribute to all project stages from concept design and drafting to documentation contract administration and quality control working closely with experienced team members.

• Recognized Architectural degree
• Membership with the Australian Institute of Architects with a desire to achieve registration.
• 2 years Australian experience across all project stages.
• Revit proficiency

Architect

The Architects role requires the management of multiple projects from inception to delivery including the ability to lead client relationships manage team members consultant teams internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• A recognised Architectural degree and current Australian registration as an Architect
• 5 years experience in Australia in Architectural practice having worked across all project stages from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated client management skills with the ability to negotiate desired outcomes.
• The ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholder across all levels.
• The ability to manage the work of a project team including consultants sub-consultants graduate landscape architects and other team members.
• Demonstrated BIM and Revit experience.

Senior Architect

A leadership role requiring strategic management of multiple projects from inception to delivery. Responsibilities include driving the design direction leading client relationships managing internal and external consultant teams and ensuring the delivery of project ethos and strategies.

• A recognised architectural degree and current Australian registration as an Architect (NSW).
• Minimum 8 years experience in architectural practice within Australia with proven involvement across all project stages from inception to completion.
• Strong ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience managing project teams including consultants sub-consultants graduate architects and other team members.
• Proficiency in BIM and advanced Revit skills.
