Reports To: Teacher Incentive Allotment Executive Coach
Primary Purpose
To provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) department and internal ESC team members. This role also delivers targeted technical guidance to Region 11 local education agencies (LEAs) ensuring accurate TIA-related PEIMS submissions and compliance with state reporting standards.

Education/Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Successful office/campus support experience
- Working knowledge of PEIMS in a school or district environment
Special Knowledge/Skills
- Mastery of basic computer programs for the PEIMS process
- Ability to coach and support district personnel in software use
- Team-oriented and collaborative with ESC staff and LEA personnel
- Knowledge of school reporting functions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational public relations and interpersonal skills
- Understand PEIMS Data Standards and the Student Attendance Accounting Handbook
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g. Smartsheet)
- Ability to relate professionally to administrators staff and vendors

- Actively participate in and/or support assigned inter-departmental teams to enhance ESC internal operations and achieve established goals and objectives
- Serve as grant/budget liaison between the assigned department and the Budget Office
- Provide courteous and professional technical assistance to internal and external clients
- Compile analyze and report data as requested by the department
- Navigate and utilize budget systems effectively
- Demonstrate self-management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making under pressure
- Continuously study PEIMS processes including PID and TSDS
- Provide telephone support to LEA clients using PEIMS Data Standards
- Assist in planning and executing PEIMS workshop training tasks
- Perform on-site visits as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Computers projection devices control panels in meeting rooms printers productivity software software specific to the job assignment network resources internet resources and other hardware and software necessary to perform the functions of the job effectively and efficiently.
Working Conditions (Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors)
Mental: Public relations and people skills are always required work with frequent interruptions and maintain professional composure and confidentiality under stress.
Physical: Occasional prolonged and irregular hours ability to move tables and chairs and load/unload boxes and materials. Prolonged use of a computer. Frequent region and state-wide travel.
Environmental: Open cubicles/workstations.
Evaluation
Annual performance evaluation will be performed in accordance with the adopted policies of the Education Service Center Region 11. Employment in this position is contingent upon performance need and funding.
