Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
Perform infusions assessments wound care medication administration and patient education
Collaborate with physicians care teams families and other healthcare professionals to implement patient-specific treatment plans
Assess monitor and document patient progress using clinical notes and preferred digital tools meeting required timelines
Follow all infection control safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
Active unencumberedRegistered Nurse (RN) licensein the state of practice
Minimum of1 year of clinical nursing experience(home health experience preferred)
CurrentCPR/BLS certification
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Strong communication organization and time-management skills
