Job Description

Were looking for a datadriven Senior Financial Analyst to deliver detailed financial analysis reporting and insights that enhance decisionmaking improve operational efficiency and ultimately support our commercial objectives. Youll partner closely with executive leadership and crossfunctional stakeholders to translate data into action.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including profitability reviews variance analysis and financial modelling to support business decisions and optimize performance.
  • Prepare and manage monthly quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. supply chain commercial sales) to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making and operational outcomes.
  • Provide analytical support for business case development cost analysis and evaluation of strategic initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements by supporting the implementation and optimization of financial tools automation efforts and standardized processes.
  • Perform post-investment reviews to assess the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • support efforts to improve reporting forecasting and financial data quality ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial information.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects including pricing strategies cost savings initiatives and performance tracking to drive business improvements.

Location: Orlando or Atlanta - Hybrid/Flexible

Please note our Alpharetta offices will bemovingfrom Alpharetta GA to Atlanta Metro area in Fall of 2026: Promenade Central 1200 Peachtree St NE Atlanta GA 30309.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide monthly analytics on domestic volume and revenue performance.
  • Develop quarterly forecasts annual budgets and longterm plans.
  • Perform monthend financial analysis for domestic volumes and revenue.
  • Deliver valueadd reporting and insights on customer behavior and contractual changes impacting volume/revenue.
  • Respond to corporate FP&A inquiries and conduct adhoc analysis that enables Sales initiatives.
  • Analyze growth drivers (Organic New Wins) and Volume/Price/Mix impacts.
  • Enable the Sales team with actionable insights to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); continually evaluate processes for efficiency and best practices.

ValueAdd Reporting

  • Reporting analytics and insights on customer behavior and contractual impacts.
  • Create reports on Issues Organic & Net New Wins RPI and Volume/Price impacts.
  • Build and maintain dynamic forecasting models at customerlevel resolution for volume and revenue.
  • Continuously assess current processes and files for efficiency and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 5 years in Finance/Accounting management preferably in complex multinational environments.

Desirable

  • Masters degree (Finance Business Administration Accounting).

Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Accounting FP&A and Commercial Finance processes.
  • Strength in data mining analysis and data visualization (e.g. Power BI).
  • Pricing experience working with Sales; familiarity with managing/monitoring customer contracts.
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
