The Client Manager provides efficient professional and courteous service to our Small Group Employee Benefits conjunction with the team the Client Manager plans and executes an appropriate service plan for each client. The Client Manager will coordinate with service and sales as appropriate to create a meaningful and impactful client experience.

Have superb communication skills both written and verbal

Have strong analytical and reasoning skills
Enjoy collecting analyzing and interpreting data from various sources to create workflows and develop service plans for clients
Can proactively and independently manage deadlines
Required:
Must have 3 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance risk management or financial services industry
Life and Health license (or ability to obtain the license within 3 months of employment)
Preferred: Bachelors Degree CEBS designation Client service experience.
