Description- Maintain and enhance governance dashboards: Assist in updating and improving IT governance dashboards and metric reports including IT deviation tracking and key performance indicators.
- Validate enhanced processes:Assist in performing user testing on newly enhanced processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency before rollout.
- Coordinate inventory declarations: Support the triggering and coordination of declarations for end-user applications (EUA) and Internet of Things (IoT) inventory across business units.
- Promote security awareness: Develop educational materials campaigns and engagement content to promote security awareness and communicate updates made in IT Governance documents.
- Prepare governance materials: Assist in preparing presentations reports and supporting documents for governance meetings and management reporting.
- Research emerging practices: Conduct basic research or benchmarking on emerging IT governance trends and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS: |
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology Information Security Computer Science Business IT or related fields.
- Interest in IT governance cybersecurity risk management or compliance.
- Good analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good writing skills and creativity in digital media design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Able to work independently detail-oriented and proactive in learning.
- Prior coursework or exposure to ISO 27001 ITIL or MAS TRM Guidelines will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge in common design tools such as video editor/movie maker for creating animated and interactive contents will be added advantage.
