About JLL Retail Leasing Intern
Working under the guidance of our experienced retail leasing professionals you will gain hands-on experience and deeper understanding of the daily responsibilities that drive successful retail property transactions.
Your scope of work will include:
Assist with tenant and landlord representation across various retail projects
Coordinate property tours site inspections and client meetings
Conduct market surveys and analyse retail trends and demographic data
Research comparable lease rates and prepare market intelligence reports
Support lease proposals transaction documentation and due diligence processes
Maintain client databases and CRM systems
Participate in client outreach prospecting and networking events
Learn financial analysis and retail property valuation fundamentals
Sound like you To apply you need to be:
Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate Finance Business Marketing or related field
Genuinely interested in the retail industry with curiosity to understand retailers F&B operators and retail tenant mix dynamics
Eager to learn about retail leasing and consultancy as part of our global business and international team
Self-motivated team player who thrives in competitive environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly
