Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing screening interview coordination and offer follow-ups.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes such as documentation background verification and induction.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

  • Handle daily attendance monitoring and ensure timely updates in HR systems.

  • Manage leave records and address employee queries related to leave policies.

  • Process and verify employee conveyance claims as per company guidelines.

  • Act as the single point of contact for employees at the client location for HR-related support.

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate with payroll and HR operations teams for data accuracy.

  • Support employee engagement and address basic employee relations matters.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.



Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR / MSW or related field preferred.

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or implant HR role.

  • Experience working at client locations will be an added advantage.
