Role Overview
We are hiring an Accounts & Accounts Executive to manage HR operations accounting coordination internal documentation and business administration. This role is critical in maintaining structured records ensuring smooth internal coordination and supporting people and financial operations in a growing technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings communication and structured follow-ups
- Maintain HR records employee data contracts and internal documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage onboarding HR documentation performance records statutory compliance and policy records
- Handle accounting coordination including invoices vendor management expense tracking GST documentation GST filings support and taxation-related records
- Prepare proposals agreements reports memos legal and administrative documents
- Document workflows support process improvements and assist with basic operational automation
- Ensure accuracy compliance and confidentiality across employee financial GST and taxation records

Bachelors degree preferred (HR Commerce Business IT or related fields)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Good communication and professional coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask learn quickly and work independently
Familiarity with AI or automation tools is a plus
