Key duties include strategy development budget control security protocols team leadership and ensuring IT infrastructure supports overall objectives demanding strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies policies and roadmaps to support business goals and digital transformation.

Infrastructure Management: Oversee daily IT operations including networks servers software hardware and system performance.

Security & Compliance: Ensure data integrity security and compliance with regulations managing backups and disaster recovery.

Project Leadership: Manage IT projects system upgrades migrations and new technology implementations.

Budget & Resources: Manage IT budgets optimize resource allocation and coordinate with vendors.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance training and leadership to IT staff fostering a culture of innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand needs and align technology solutions with business objectives.

Technical Support: Oversee helpdesk functions and ensure timely resolution of user issues.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience in IT management project management and system administration.

Strong knowledge of network infrastructure cybersecurity cloud computing and databases.

Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with IT frameworks (like ITIL) and relevant software/hardware.
